How much will this cost?

We charge on a per role basis and it is dependant on the level of skill and experience of your employee. If you are looking for rock bottom prices, you will not find them here.

We pride ourselves on our ability to get the absolute best talent available. We find the best employees are already employed which is why we often times target individuals who are already employed in a very similar role.

We only work with AAA talent. AAA talent costs about 25% more but the output is 10x and in our experience, it always worth it.

A bad hire on average can cost $17,000 or more in lost training, productivity, and recruitment costs - you get what you pay for and with us you get the best.

How long does it take to get everything up and running?

Depending on the amount of virtual team members you will need and the specifics of their roles and duties, the exact time it takes to get everything started can vary but we work very efficiently.

Typically within the first 2 weeks to a month, we have fully onboarded the first virtual team member(s) into your business and have built out the first version of your onboarding process.

How does your guarantee work?

Just before we start onboarding your employee, we have a discussion around what the key measurable performance indicators are on this role within reason and set those as benchmarks.

If your employee is not hitting them, we cover the cost of their salary until they do hit them. If for any reason you are dis-satisfied with your employee, simply reach out to our team via email and we will replace them at no cost to you.

We've tried everywhere - India, Nigeria, Philippines, South America etc. but we source the majority of our talent from Pakistan for 3 primary reasons:

  2. They went through the British Education System and are very familiar with western customs and working in western timezones.

  3. The culture is very hardworking.

These 3 reasons give Pakistan an almost unfair advantage compared to other countries.
